Decent stay with minor issues
various food helpful staff
The food in the restaurant was good with various choices. The staff in the bar were happy and helpful. Drink prices seemed sensible. The hotel is close to the gondola. It is a short walk to the training pistes with runs leading to the apres ski area.
The bathroom flooring was not great. the shower worked well enough. Some of the flooring needs attention, especially in the men's changing room.

Acceptable Stay
The included breakfast and dinner buffet offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, being near the centre. I found the staff members very friendly.
The towel dryer in the room did not work, SO disappointing. This meant we could not dry our ski jackets after a day on the slopes. Ordering drinks in the restaurant each evening was a struggle, it was a NIGHTMARE.

excellent experience near the slopes
nice spa convenient location good atmosphere
i enjoyed the bar and restaurant area downstairs it had a good atmosphere. the spa services were also very nice i especially liked the massage options. the location is very convenient it provides easy access to both the gondola and the training slopes.
the room temperature was a bit difficult to control this impacted my overall experience slightly.

the hotel features a well maintained backyard providing a space to relax. the spa center is clean it offers a range of services including massages. the lobby bar serves self-made beer which is a nice touch.

the rooms were renovated with comfortable beds i found it easy to rest. the rooms include amenities such as bathrobes slippers and hygiene products. the cleanliness of the rooms was good including the linens and towels.

the staff are attentive they provide polite service. they were always smiling it created a positive atmosphere. i found manager martin to be very professional he provided warm hospitality.

the food was delicious with a sufficient selection of dishes i particularly enjoyed the variety. breakfast and dinner buffets offer many options including meat vegetables and fruits. cakes at dinner were especially good.
